We would like our guests to feel confident to make their booking with us and how we will deal with your booking should an unplanned event happen, due to the current Covid-19 Policy.
If You Made Your Booking Directly With Us:
In general our standard terms apply. You can cancel your booking up to 60 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of any money paid. You can also cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay but there will be no refund of the deposit paid.
However, due to the Covid outbreak, we have established more flexible policies, as below:
If government policies have changed within 60 days from your check in date, causing more than 50% of your party not being able to reach our property on the check in day, due to:
a) France closing its border to your home country, or,
b) Your home country has a quarantine order for 7 days or more for people returning from France, or
c) France issues a quarantine order for 2 days or more for people coming into France from your home country (meaning you cannot enjoy your holiday if you did come);
Then a full refund can be made or free re-booking to any other week. We will also arrange to receive a full refund of any money paid for ski passes and equipment.
2. If during your stay:
a) The Ski Resort closes due to health safety reason for the rest of your stay, or
b) The border to your home country is given notice to close before the end of your stay;
Then we will only charge for the total nights actually stayed, minus one complimentary free night.

If You Booked Via a 3rd Party Agency
Please check the policies of the agencies as their policy applies, not ours.
We will be putting extra resources on our cleaning and disinfecting this year, so we ask for your help to ensure you check out on time, or if you can help us, earlier, so we have enough time to do a thorough clean. We will provide some anti-bacterial cleaning solutions in each chalet for your use throughout your stay.
